Quite simply the best storage unit company you will find. I have dealt with several different companies, but none more fair and reasonable to deal with than Telegraph Storage. One of my favorite things is there are no hidden fees and when you are ready to move out, they make it extremely easy!

Excellent facility with very helpful staff. From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was helpful, reasonable, and met my specific needs without trying to up-sell anything. The storage unit was easy to access, very reasonably priced, and the surrounding area (parking area and other storage units) were clean and in great condition. Additionally, billing and clearing were extremely simple.

I can't recommend these guys enough. I have a small business and they accommodated my inventory storage needs better than what any of the large corporate facilities were willing to do. Customer service is top notch!

My mother had storage units here for many many years and the units were always clean, safe, and peaceful. When mom passed away, Mark was so kind and helpful with both me and the estate folks who were handling everything. I have only good things to say about this place and the people who run it. I live in CA and will miss being able to go there.

Well, I have to say that this is my 3rd or 4th storage company that I have used in my lifetime and am not impressed by too much, however, your worker by the name of Fridge truly made my day. He should certainly be praised for how he made me a new customer. It actually was my 3rd storage facility that had visited that day—but left the others because I either didn’t like the maintenance of the facility itself, or the customer service skills were not in congruence with my expectations. Nonetheless, everyday that I have been there since my initial signing, I have (again) been impressed with the care and maintenance of the facility itself; and have certainly seen Fridge on the grounds doing the bulk of it. Impressed and just wanted to share my experience. Thanks for doing a great job!!!

I've rented from Telegraph Self Storage for several years now and have nothing but good things to say. The facilities are pristine and well maintained. The staff is accommodating and extremely helpful (Sandy rocks!!). Pricing is competitive and, perhaps most important, the entire premises feels secure–especially evident by the numerous video cameras strategically placed throughout. If you're looking for a place to store your belongings, look no further.

Great storage place. Easy to access. Clean and conditioned. We just needed storage for a short term and got a deal for two months, with the second month free! The service managers there were great to work with too. We wanted to do our storage days from the middle of the month to the middle of the next month and they let us do that. The other place we had gone to wanted us to pay for a half month, then 1st to 1st rental, which would have made us pay for a full extra month we didn't need. Also, Backlick Storage didn't try to sell us on insurance we didn't need. The sales rep at the other place we checked out said we HAD to purchase their insurance.

A lot of storage options in the Alexandria, VA area but after a good deal of shopping I found the winning team @ Telegraph Self Storage. They made move-in simple, worked with me to make sure my movers had access to the unit even though I wasn't around, and then kept good communications with me throughout my 5 months renting a unit.

When time came for me to close out the unit, Dennis was flexible regarding a dresser I could not move and I offered to them rather than trashing it or continuing to pay for storage. Dennis found a friend who took the item at no hassle to me.

Great to work with a group of people who are local and a small business vs other options in the area. Also cheaper than the competition (Not that price is everything but this is an added bonus other than those listed above). Highly Suggest Telegraph Self Storage for your needs!
